Emailed Receipts
Following each transaction, we will email you a copy of your Transaction Receipt. Please check your spam/junk folder if you aren’t receiving this receipt. The receipt will have a breakdown of the discount received and will show you the amount that will be withdrawn from your linked account within 1-3 business days.
In-App Receipts
To view your transaction history easily at any point
Step 1: Make sure your app is up to date
Ensure you have the latest version of the GasBuddy app installed.
Step 2: Go to the Member tab
Open the app.
Navigate to the Member tab (along the bottom of the app).
Tap View Transactions
Alternatively, you can click the main menu button (Profile picture in top left), then select Pay with GasBuddy+ and then the View button (Under Transactions).
If you do not see your transaction history, ensure you are logged in with the correct account.
Important Notes
- Delayed Reporting: Sometimes the discount may not appear immediately on your receipt because transaction processing can take 1 to 3 business days.
- Settlement Date on Bank Statements: Your bank statement shows the settlement date, the day your bank processed the transaction, not necessarily the day you made the purchase.
- Processing Times: Due to processing delays, especially over weekends or holidays, purchases made on different days can settle on the same day, resulting in similar or duplicate-looking charges.
