What is the Pay with GasBuddy+™ Card?
The fuel card is an upgraded version of our original Pay with GasBuddy® card and is accepted at even more gas stations – both at the pump and inside convenience stores —any station where Mastercard® is accepted.
Just like the original card, your purchases are automatically withdrawn from your linked bank account after discounts are applied. You can opt into Manual Bill Pay, receiving a weekly invoice that must be paid in full through the app.

How Much Can I Save?
- Free Membership: Save at least 3¢/gal*, with the potential to save up to 33¢/gal* by activating Deal Alerts.
- Premium Membership: Save at least 20¢/gal† on up to 50 gallons per month—or up to 50¢/gal† with Deal Alerts activated.
At the pump:
- Insert or swipe your card at the pump. If prompted, choose "Fleet Card" or "Fuelman". If your card declines, or if you don't see these options, select Mastercard. You will not need that Driver ID/PIN you may be used to using with our old card. Some older pumps may ask for a 'Vehicle/Driver number, in which case you can enter 0s to bypass that if necessary.
- Select your preferred fuel type and fill up!
- Your fill-up will be paid from your linked bank account.
- Look for your savings in the GasBuddy® app or on your emailed receipt. Savings may take up to 7 days to display.
In the convenience store:
- Insert or swipe your card at the register. If prompted, choose "Fleet Card" or "Fuelman" when paying for fuel.
- Earn an extra 3¢/gal* for every $25 spent on non-fuel purchases inside the convenience store. That means your snack runs are going to be that much more rewarding!
- View your In-Store Rewards progress in the GasBuddy® app!
Things to Remember
- Discounts: Look for your discounted fuel price in the GasBuddy app before you fill up, then you'll see discount details on your emailed receipt and in the Rewards tab of the app.
- Transaction Time: Transactions take 1-5 business days to be withdrawn from your linked bank account if you're enrolled in Auto Pay. If you're enrolled in Manual Bill pay, your transaction will be processed as part of your weekly statement.

Card Limits
- Daily Limit: $120 ($100 pump limit) per transaction for Auto Pay, $50.00 for Manual Bill Pay (Resets at midnight CST)
- Weekly Limit: $400 for Auto Pay, $50.00 Manual Bill Pay (resets every Friday at midnight CST)

*Outlined savings are only applicable to cardholders who have opted in to Auto Pay for their Pay with GasBuddy+™ card transactions. Cardholders enrolled in Auto Pay have a $400 weekly and a $120 daily spending limit ($100 pump limit per transaction). Cardholders who have selected to manually pay their posted balances weekly with Manual Bill Pay have a $50 daily and weekly spending limit. Cardholders may save up to 30¢/gal on fuel fill‑ups when pairing Pay with GasBuddy+™ card savings with an activated Deal Alert of 25¢/gal in the GasBuddy® app, with the potential to save as much as 33¢/gal when stacked with the extra 3¢/gal savings earned from non‑fuel convenience store purchases. Rewards from non-fuel convenience store purchases may take up to 7 days to be issued and can be redeemed on future fuel purchases.
