How long does it take to arrive?
Your card will be shipped within 1-2 business days and should land in your mailbox within 7-10 business days. Keep in mind that holidays or bad weather might cause some delays.
Why hasn't my card been delivered?
If it's been more than 15 business days (3 weeks) and you have note received your card in the mail, the GasBuddy app has your back! Look for the "Haven't received your Pay with GasBuddy+™ card?" button on the For You/Home page. You might need to update your app to see this button.
How do I report my card lost, stolen, or damaged?
*The instructions below will only work if your card has been activated already. If you have never activated your card, please see the information above.
- Ensure you're on the latest version of the GasBuddy app.
- Open the app and tap the profile button (top-left).
- Tap the 'Savings Settings' button near the top.
- Select 'Your Pay With GasBuddy+™' account.
- Select "Request New Card" and follow the prompts.
You might need to accept a small shipping fee and verify your current address. Once done, your old card will be deactivated, and a new one will be on its way. Remember, once a card is marked as lost or stolen, it can't be reactivated. If your address has changed, you'll get a confirmation email before the new card is sent out.
How do I replace my expired card?
The expiration date on the front of your card indicates the month and year when it will expire. For example, if the date is 2/25, the card will expire by the end of February 2025.
We'll notify you when your card is nearing its expiration date with a message on the home screen of your GasBuddy app, in the Savings section, and online. If you don't see this message, make sure you're logged in with the correct email and have the latest app version. We'll prompt you to review and update your address before shipping your new card. Once you receive it, you can start using it right away.
How do I get a second card?
Currently, each account can only have one Pay with GasBuddy+™ card. However, you can link more than one card to a single checking account. Each person must use their own GasBuddy account to enroll in Pay With GasBuddy+™ separately, and each will have their own unique card.
How do I update my name on my card?
To update the name on your account and get a replacement card, contact our customer support by submitting a ticket HERE. Please note that we'll need to deactivate your current card and ship a new one to you.
