If you are a mobile user, you can update or change your bank account information, or add a new bank account quickly through the app.
Step 1: Make sure your app is up to date
Ensure you have the latest version of the GasBuddy app installed.
Step 2: Go to the Member tab
Open the app.
Navigate to the Member tab.
Under Linked Bank Account, select Change Bank
Search for your Bank. If the bank does not come up, you can manually enter your account and routing numbers.
If you don’t see the “Member” tab
You may be using an older version of the app. Follow these steps instead:
Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.
Select Savings Settings.
Tap Your Pay with GasBuddy+™ Account.
Under Linked Bank Account, select Change Bank
Search for your Bank. If the bank does not come up, you can manually enter your account and routing numbers.
If you have a balance owing on the account, you will be given the option of linking a new bank to resolve the balance.

It can take up to 5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) for your newly linked bank to be verified. Due to processing and timing issues, pending or new transactions may be processed through your current bank account while the new account is being linked.
