How do I activate Flash Deals?
Tap the station you’d like to fill up and tap ‘ACTIVATE’. A four-hour countdown will begin. Remember to fill up before it ends!
How do Flash Deals work?
For Pay with GasBuddy+™ members, the discounts shown on Flash Deals include the discount you already get with your Pay with GasBuddy+™ card.
GasBuddy app users without a Pay with GasBuddy+™ membership can earn up to 250 points/gal on activated Flash Deals.
Offers might vary from account to account since they're personalized.
How do I apply a Flash Deal?
Once activated, you have 4 hours to visit the station and fill up. Then, take a picture of your fuel receipt and upload it to the GasBuddy app.
For Pay with GasBuddy+™ members, the discount is applied automatically when you use your Pay with GasBuddy+™ card or another approved payment method. The price at the pump will not change, but you'll see the discount on your in-app or emailed receipt after the transaction is complete. If you didn't use the Pay with GasBuddy+™ card, you'll get a receipt for GasBack on your account.
Processing Time: It takes 1-10 days to process your receipt and award GasBack if you did not use your Pay with GasBuddy+ card.
Important Notes:
- Combining with other discounts or loyalty programs may reduce your discount.
- The fuel grade affects the discount.
- Purchases made outside the 4-hour window or with cash are void.
- If you don’t use the Pay with GasBuddy+™ card, the discount is reduced.
- You will be asked to upload a photo of the till paper, screenshots or standard printer paper will not be accepted.
