If you didn’t receive a discount for your activated Flash Deal, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Wrong station: Activated Flash Deals are only valid at the specific station listed in the app. Deals are provided by station owners, not by brands.
- Wrong time: You have 4 hours to purchase fuel after activating the deal, and 12 hours to upload a receipt (when applicable).
- Wrong form of payment: A Pay with GasBuddy+™ card or a credit or debit card must be used. Cash does not provide the required information on the receipt.
- Combining with another loyalty/discount program: When combined with another deal, the additional discount may be reduced by up to 50 points/gal or 5¢/gal.
- Redeemed through another reward program, like Upside: Offers can only be redeemed once.
