GasBuddy, LLC (“GasBuddy”) offers its Pay with GasBuddy+™ payment card that offers cardholders fuel savings at retail fuel stations nationwide, when paying for fuel at the pump and in the convenience store, everywhere Mastercard® is accepted. Cardholders may earn additional fuel savings when they make purchases inside the convenience store. The Pay with GasBuddy+™ card is linked to a cardholder’s bank account and payments are made by ACH debits from the cardholder’s bank account.
As a Pay with GasBuddy+ cardholder, you have access to certain rewards and benefits including, but not limited to: (i) discounts on fuel purchases, (ii) cents per gallon savings when utilizing “Deal Alerts”, (iii) access to the GasBuddy+ Premium Membership, and (iv) easy redemption of GasBuddy’s rewards currency known as “GasBack®” that can be credited towards future fuel purchases.
These Pay with GasBuddy+ Rewards Terms of Service are to be read together with the general Terms of Service, the Pay with GasBuddy+ Cardholder Agreement , the GasBuddy Privacy Policy, and the GasBuddy Master Rewards Terms & Conditions.
Fuel Discounts
When registering for the Pay with GasBuddy+ card, cardholders can select AutoPay, to have card purchases paid automatically from their linked bank account, or Manual Bill Pay, in which a weekly statement is issued, and the balance must be paid manually within seven (7) days. Cardholders who enroll in AutoPay have significantly more card savings than those who choose Manual Bill Pay.
AutoPay members receive 3¢/gal discount on all retail fuel purchases with the Pay with GasBuddy+ card. AutoPay members receive an additional 2¢/gal discount on all retail fuel purchases with the Pay with GasBuddy+ card when the purchase is made at a Fuelman retail location, as identified in the GasBuddy app, and the customer chooses to use the Fuelman or Fleetcor payment system in the transaction if prompted.
AutoPay members also earn an additional 3¢/gal discount for every $25.00 spent on non-fuel purchases inside of convenience stores with the Pay with GasBuddy+ card. Spend on qualifying convenience stores purchases is measured collectively (i.e., a cardholder need not spend $25.00 or more in a single transaction to earn this benefit). Once a cardholder has satisfied the $25.00 threshold, the 3¢/gal discount will be applied automatically to a future eligible fuel purchase using their Pay with GasBuddy+ card once the transaction has successfully processed.
PLEASE NOTE: Fuel discounts are applied against the amount debited from the cardholder’s linked bank account for the qualifying fuel purchase. Discounts are not reflected at the fuel pump itself.
Both AutoPay members and Manual Bill Pay Members are eligible for discounts earned by activating Deal Alerts (see below).
Fuel discounts available to Pay with GasBuddy+ cardholders are at all times subject to applicable spending limits, which vary depending on whether the cardholder has set-up AutoPay or has instead chosen Manual Bill Pay. The spending limit for AutoPay members on purchases made with the Pay with GasBuddy+ card is $100/day and $400/week. The spending limit for Manual Bill Pay members on purchases made with the Pay with GasBuddy+ card is $50/week.
Earning and Redeeming GasBack Rewards
Many retail fuel stations offer additional cents off on fuel purchases via GasBack for Pay with GasBuddy+ cardholders utilizing Deal Alerts. In order to earn GasBack from Deal Alerts, you open the GasBuddy App and tap on the “Find Gas” tab. Once in the Find Gas section of the App, you will see “Deal Alerts” with extra savings within the station details. Locate a station with a “Deal Alert”, tap on the station, then activate the offered Deal Alert. In order to receive GasBack with respect to a Deal Alert, you must (i) activate the Deal Alert by following the prompt and instructions in the App, and (ii) make a fuel purchase from that station within four (4) hours of activating the Deal Alert. (Additional terms applicable to each Deal Alert and the resultant GasBack earnings will be disclosed within the App at the time of deal activation and may include gallon maximums and GasBack offers that are dependent on the fuel grade purchased.) If you have a Pay with GasBuddy Card or a Pay with GasBuddy+ Card (each a “PayCard” and collectively, the “PayCards”), and use your PayCard to pay, GasBack earned by completing a qualifying purchase through a Deal Alert will automatically be applied to the underlying purchase.
For PayCard cardholders, any accumulated GasBack balance will be automatically applied directly to gas purchases made with your PayCard, up to the full balance of your accumulated, unexpired GasBack.

Pay with GasBuddy+ cardholders who elect AutoPay are eligible to participate in 2 levels of paid membership (Plus Membership and Premium Membership) that offer enhanced fuel discounts and, in the case of Premium Membership, benefits related to roadside assistance.
