How to Check Your Points Transactions:
- Open the GasBuddy app and go to the Rewards section.
- Tap on View Transactions in the top right-hand corner to see both earned and redeemed points.
Missing Points from a Recently Played Game?
Don’t worry, it’s normal for points to take a little time to show up in your account! Points can take up to 48 hours to appear after playing a game in the GasBuddy Arcade.
We would also recommend double-checking that you're logged into the proper email. If you've logged in with a new or different email, your points won't show up until you log back in with the original email.
Tracking Your Progress in the Arcade:
- In the GasBuddy Arcade, tap on ‘My Games’ at the top of the screen.
- Find the game you recently played and check the milestones.
- If you see a green checkmark, that means points have been awarded to your account.
- If the milestone is outlined in red, it either means you haven’t reached the milestone yet, or the 48-hour window is still in progress to confirm the activity.
When will I receive my survey points?
- Survey points are usually available right away
- Points appear in your Activity Feed and can be claimed immediately
Why didn’t I receive points for my Shopping or Financial Deals?
- Partner deals don’t always award points immediately. Partners must verify you completed the deal.
- Verification can take a few minutes up to 90 days, depending on the deal
- Once verified, points may be Pending for up to 15 days before you can claim them and earn points
What happens if I don’t claim points in time?
- Most claimable points expire after 7 days
- Expired points can’t be recovered
