GasBack Account Balance
You can view your Available and Pending GasBack account balance in the GasBuddy app, by following these steps;
- Open the GasBuddy app and click into the Rewards Tab
- Within this tab you will see a "Shopping" button
- Here you will find your GasBack Balances and more ways to earn GasBack!
Available GasBack is the amount that will be put towards the next transaction made wtih the card.
Pending GasBack is the amount that is currently pending, and is not yet available.

Pending GasBack
Pending GasBack Rewards will be visible in your transaction history within 10 business days of your purchase.
GasBack offers may have a “pending period” before the GasBack can be awarded. This pending period is necessary because GasBuddy must wait until the merchant confirms your purchase. For retailers, this often includes a “return window,” where users can receive a refund from the merchant for any number of reasons. The pending period varies from merchant to merchant.
If you still don't see the GasBack Rewards in your transaction history, you may be logged in with a different email address than the one associated with your GasBuddy account. Please check the email you received to confirm.
If it has been longer than the stated pending period and your GasBack is still pending please contact Customer Support HERE.
