Challenges ask you to do something in the app. After completion, you will typically be awarded credits and achievements.
There is a rotation of daily, weekly, and monthly challenges and, at times, entirely unique challenges.
In order for challenges to show, the following criteria must be met:
- You are signed in to your account
- Location services are enabled
- Your device's date and time is set to automatic
Step 1: Make sure your app is up to date
Confirm that you have the latest version of the app installed. Challenges are available on the latest version of Android and iOS.
Step 2: Open the WIN Menu
Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.
Select Win- Play Challenges and earn credits.
Step 3: View Challenges
Tap the Challenges tab in the top middle to view the Challenges currently available to you
If you are a Canadian user, or you don’t see the “Win” option in your menu
You should have a "Win" button (trophy near the bottom of the app)
