How do I cancel my Plus or Premium paid Membership?

1. If you’d like to cancel your Plus or Premium membership and return to the free program, it’s quick and easy to do. You’ll continue to enjoy your paid benefits until the end of your current billing term:

   • Monthly members: Your plan will end at the close of your current monthly cycle.

   • Annual members: Your plan will end at the close of your current annual cycle.
     
      

   Step 1: Make sure your app is up to date

   Confirm that you have the latest version of the app installed.
   
    

   Step 2: Open your membership settings

   1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.

   2. Select Pay with GasBuddy+– Manage Membership and Transactions.

   3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Cancel Membership.
      
       

   Step 3: If you don’t see the “Pay with GasBuddy+” option

   You may be using an older version of the app. Follow these steps instead:

   1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.

   2. Select Savings Settings.

   3. Tap Your Pay with GasBuddy+™ Account.

   4. Select Manage Membership.

Please note- Upon cancellation, your most recent membership fee will not be refunded. You will be able to utilize the membership until the next billing date. Once the benefits have ended, your account will revert to the free Pay with GasBuddy+™ program. You can upgrade to a paid membership program again at any time.
