If funds are not available at the time the transaction is withdrawn from the linked bank account on file, you may receive a notification that we were not able to withdraw the amount owing. Please note- GasBuddy does not make this determination, we depend on your bank to let us know accurate information. If you believe funds were available, we encourage you to speak with your bank. We are in the process of testing out a new feature that will let us know if funds may not be available, which would proactively pause billing to allow users to replenish funds in the account to help avoid NSF fees from banks. This feature is not available to all users at this time.
