Your card will only be able to be activated once the bank verification process has successfully completed.
If you've linked your bank by providing your routing and account numbers, you will need to first confirm two small amounts placed into your bank account, then wait an additional 4 business days (Mon- Fri, excluding holidays) for the verification process to complete.
If you've linked your bank account using your online credentials, you will see a small deposit placed into your account, then taken out in a span of about 1-4 business days (Mon-Fri excluding holidays). This is to verify we can properly debit and credit your account. When you see the small amount debited from your account, your bank is verified. You will be able to activate the card soon afterwards.
If you do not see the option to activate your card, or are presented with a new enrollment screen, please ensure you are logged in with the correct account that was used to sign up.
