If you have a balance on your account and need to change your bank, follow the instructions below. If you do not have a balance on your account but wish to change your bank through the app, please see instructions here.
Resolve your outstanding balance with a new bank:
- Navigate to the wallet section of the app.
- If you have an outstanding balance, you will be prompted to resolve the balance. Select Resolve Now.
- Select the option to Link New Bank.
- Follow the prompts to add a new checking account. Once your account is added, your outstanding transactions will run on that account.
Please note: these instructions apply to mobile users only. If you do not have the app but need to change your bank, submit a ticket here. Select Pay Outstanding Balance with New Bank in Outstanding Balance menu.
