How can I change the bank to pay off my balance?

If you have a balance on your account and need to change your bank, follow the instructions below. If you do not have a balance on your account but wish to change your bank through the app, please see instructions here.

Resolve your outstanding balance with a new bank:

  1. Navigate to the wallet section of the app.
  2. If you have an outstanding balance, you will be prompted to resolve the balance. Select Resolve Now.
  3. Select the option to Link New Bank.
  4. Follow the prompts to add a new checking account. Once your account is added, your outstanding transactions will run on that account.

 

Please note: these instructions apply to mobile users only. If you do not have the app but need to change your bank, submit a ticket here. Select Pay Outstanding Balance with New Bank in Outstanding Balance menu.
