I paid my outstanding balance, why isn’t my card active?

Processing a payment will take 3-5 business days (mon-fri, excluding holidays).

If you did not pay your outstanding balance by credit card, and five business days have passed, you may have incurred another NSF. Check the app to see if your transaction is still pending or you have incurred another NSF.

If your transaction is complete and it has been five business days, fill out a ticket here as follows:

Select Pay with GasBuddy™ > Transactions

Under Outstanding Balance, select Reactivate Card

 

Please note in the ticket that you have paid an outstanding balance and you need to have your card reactivated.
