What is the GasBuddy® + Fuel Rewards® program?
This new partnership makes it easy to connect your Fuel Rewards® account directly from the GasBuddy app. This will allow you to see your personalized price at participating Shell sites, with Pay With GasBuddy cardholders seeing a stacked display of available discounts, including any applicable activated Deal Alerts and Plus/Premium Membership discounts.
What is the Fuel Rewards® program?
A free loyalty program that rewards members with cents-per-gallon savings at Shell. As a Fuel Rewards member, you’ll save 5¢/gal
on every fill-up with Gold Status or 3¢/gal with Silver Status. You can lower your price even more with Fuel Rewards savings earned from
everyday purchases.

How do I sign up for a Fuel Rewards® account?
Easy! Simply download the Fuel Rewards app, visit FuelRewards.com, or join in the GasBuddy app by going to the Savings Settings section of the User Menu, then select “Connect Rewards Accounts”.
Alternatively, find the closest Shell Station on the ‘Find Gas’ page, tap into the station details, and tap ‘activate’. Then click 'Connect Account' and follow the steps provided.
How do I receive the discount?
- On the “Find Gas” tab of the GasBuddy app, search for a Shell station. Tap the address to show the station’s detail page. If there is a deal listed, tap “Activate Discount” to activate the GasBuddy Deal Alert.
- Visit the station within 4 hours. Select “Fuel Rewards” at the pump and enter your “Alt ID” (typically your phone number), follow the prompts at the pump, and begin fuelling. Your Fuel Rewards discount will be displayed and deducted at the pump.
- If you're a Pay With GasBuddy cardholder, be sure to use your card to pay for your purchase at the pump. You won't see your Pay With GasBuddy discount at the pump, but you'll see it in the transaction details emailed to you after the transaction is complete
