Why hasn't my card arrived yet?
How do I report my card lost, stolen or damaged?
*These instructions will only work if your card has been activated previously. If your card has not been activated please submit a request here*
- Ensure you're on the latest version of the GasBuddy app
- Open the app and tap the profile button (top-left)
- Tap the 'Savings Settings' button near the top
- Select 'Your Pay With GasBuddy' account
- Select "Request New Card"
- Follow the prompts to get a new card.
You may be prompted to accept a small shipping fee and verify your current address. Once you have done so, your card will be deactivated and a new card will be shipped. Please note- once a card has been deactivated and marked as lost or stolen, it cannot be reactivated.
If your address has changed, a confirmation email will be sent to you before the new card is released.
Please reset your Driver ID as soon as you know your card is lost or stolen to prevent unauthorized use. See HERE for instructions on resetting your Driver ID.

How do I get a new card if mine has expired?
The expiration date of your card is located on the front, indicating the month and year when it will expire. For instance, if the date is 2/25, the card will expire by the end of February 2025.
To notify you that your card is nearing its expiration date, we will display a message on the home screen of your GasBuddy app, in the Savings section of the app, and online. We will also prompt you to review your address and update it, if necessary, before shipping your new card. If you cannot see this message on the app, please make sure that you are logged in with the correct email address and have the latest version of the app installed.
As soon as you receive your new card, you can start using it right away.
